Wizards.com - D&D Map-a-Week - Now simply an archive, the designers at Wizards of the Coast used to add new maps weekly. There is still more than enough content to keep you busy for years!

Theban Mapping Project - The web site of the Theban Mapping Project - a team of people who are exploring and mapping Thebes (in Egypt) and the Valley of the Kings. Check out the amazing interactive atlas and detail of all of the explored tombs. A truly excellent resource and fascinating reading.

Dungeonforge - Dungeonforge is an easy-to-use map creation program for Role Playing Games. It is fast and flexible and can produce maps in the a variety of styles. The maps can be printed for tabletop use or used in online games. Oh yes, and it's FREE!
Jamis Buck's Dungeon Generator - Randomly creates a simple dungeon map and associated encounters. Neat!
Irony Games - iG-Tools - The most astonishing collection of random map creation tools on the web. Create random dungeons, caverns, taverns, cities and even worlds!
